Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this store.

Contract

The presentation of goods is not a binding offer. By placing an order you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euro; shipping is added at checkout. Payment is due on ordering. Goods are dispatched from Germany.

What we sell

We sell premium children's garden play sets — swing frames, freestanding slides, play towers, climbing frames and full linked play systems — with the swing seats, nest swings, rings, climbing holds, ground anchors and rubber safety tiles to fit and finish them. The adult assembly, ground anchoring and safe-surface needs are stated on each listing.

Assembly, anchoring & safe surfacing

Play equipment is for domestic garden use by children under adult supervision. It must be assembled fully by an adult to the instructions, every bolt fitted and tightened, and anchored into the ground as specified — a swing or tower that is not anchored can tip over. Install it on level ground over an impact-absorbing surface (bark, rubber tiles or grass mat) with the stated free fall-zone clearance all round, away from walls, fences and hard surfaces. Keep to the stated age range and maximum user weight, supervise children at play, and check the fixings, ropes, chains and timber regularly for wear, rot or loosening and before each season. This is home garden play equipment, not public-playground-rated unless a listing says so. CE marked where applicable.
